Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Engineer's to provide exceptional IT support services across multiple locations. This commission-based role is ideal for a self-driven professional who excels in both technical expertise and business development. The IT Engineer will be responsible for a specific area, providing support to both the business and public sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

IT Support: Deliver high-quality IT support services to a diverse range of clients in both the business and public sectors.

Business Development: Actively seek out and secure business support contracts, with a special focus on remote support services.

Remote Support Coordination: Direct remote support queries to the specialized remote support team. Receive financial recompense for all remote sessions originating from your designated area.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through excellent service delivery.

 

Requirements:

 

Proven experience in IT support, preferably with a broad skill set covering various IT disciplines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.

A proactive approach to finding and securing new business opportunities.

Knowledge of remote support tools and technologies.

Self-motivation and the drive to succeed in a commission-based role.

Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
