This service provides 10 separate tickets (providing an substantial reduction on individual tickets).

Each Call will be dealt with by an operations specialist and cover the initial diagnosis of the reported issue and where possible advice and solution for the concern, for those that cannot be adequately addressed during the standard 20 minute contact, you will be provided with a summary report of the topic along with a proposal for additional support when warranted.
Each ticket will not expire over time, on completion of a ticket you will be provided with an Invoice for the Ticket used and a summary statement listing what has been used and the remaining tickets.

This is paid as a one off basis and is dependant upon the next available engineer.

Operations Consultation

We offer on-site consultation for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month & 3 Month contracts.
 
These on site support services offer:
  • Complete implementation of any new operational systems
  • Detailed overview of any current systems
  • Many services can be costed as an off site service that normally offer a more cost effective solution.

  • Compiling of procedures
