Position: Regional Manager
We are commencing a Nationwide recruitment offering several newly created positions to suitable candidates.
The highly ranked Regional Manager position will involve reporting to one of the two the Senior Executives and will be expected to provide direction to the team of area managers who report to them.
​
We recognised the need for experience, and we also understand that IT is frequently the domain of the young, and to this extent, when we will strive to introduce a wide-ranging apprenticeship scheme, our aim is to have most IT technicians supporting an Apprentice, who would be trained and provide assistance to their trainer.
We also aim to provide training to enable the apprentices to achieve an IT qualification and to support their chosen pathway to assist progress to their full potential.
This role will involve the following:

Managing a team of area managers

Selecting / interviewing new area nanagers

Reviewing the performance of existing Area Managers
-
This will involve you being out in the field and really looking to coach and mentor your team.

There is a huge focus on customer service and building a good team ethos.

Key areas of focus will be:
-
Looking to expand the current customer base.
-
Identify appropriate improvements to advertising and Marketing within your region.
-
This role requires leadership ability and an understanding of team building.

To ensure the Area Managers are providing adequate levels of support to what is hoped will be a growing marketplace

Team player

Full driving licence

Building an accurate assessment of the Area Managers under your leadership

Detailed Monthly activity reporting.

Providing innovation and direction to your team that is appropriate to your regional direction.

Assist the Area manager where possible to broaden the Client base with a strong focus on small business.
